THE SCRIPTURES
That the Holy Bible, consisting of thirty-nine books of the Old Testament and twenty-seven books of the New Testament, is plenary and verbally inspired word of God. We take the Bible as final authority in all matters concerning Christian conduct and works. (2Pet.1:19-21; 2Tim.3:16-17; Ps.19:7-11; 119:128; Isa.8:20; Rev.22:18-19.).
THE GODHEAD
That the Godhead consists of three separate, distinct and recognizable personalities and qualities, perfectly united in one. (Ps.86:15; Joh.3:16; Isa.7:14; Mt.1:18-25; Joh.14:26).
The Father: Almighty Jehovah (Ps.86:15; Joh.3:16).
The Son: Jesus Christ (Isa.7:14; Mt.1:18-25).
The Holy Ghost: Comforter (Joh.14:26; 1Cor.12:1-11).
These are different Persons in the Godhead, not merely three names for one person. They co-exist and co-equal, co-eternal and co-substantial. Any belief about God contrary to the statement above is fallacy and erroneous.(Gen.1:26; Mt.3:16, 17; Joh.1:1-3.).
JESUS CHRIST
About the Virgin birth of Jesus, the only begotten Son of God.(Isa.7:14; Matt.1:18-25).
About His incarnation and Deity (Joh.1:1-4,14).
About His sinlessness, crucifixion, death, and bodily resurrection (Isa.53:4-11;1Pet.2:22-24;1Cor.15:3,4.).
MAN'S FALL AND CONDEMNATION
About the Total depravity of Man.(Ps.51:5).
About the sinfulness, and guilt of all men since the fall.(Rom.3:10-20,23; Eph.2:1-3).
About Man's Subjection to God’s wrath and condemnation (Job14:4; Isa.64:6: Rom.7:18.).
REPENTANCE
That Repentance is a complete turning away from all sins and their deceitful pleasures, and it is required from every sinner before he can truly and effectually believe in Jesus with saving faith. (Pro.28:13; Isa.55:7; Mk.1:14,15; Lk.13:3,5;24:46,47; Acts.2:38; 3:19; 20:20,21;11Cor.7:10.).
RESTITUTION
That Restitution is evidence of genuine repentance; it is making amend for the wrong done against our fellowmen: restoring stolen things to their rightful owners, paying just debts, giving back where has defrauded, making confessions to the offended, and apologizing to the slandered. This is to be done whether the person injured knew or not -God knows- so that we may have a conscience void of offense toward God and men. (Gen.20:1-18; Ex.22:1-7; Lev.6:1-7; Num.5:6-8; 2Sam.12:1-6; Pr.6:31; Ezek.33:14-16; Matt.5:23,24; Lk.19:8,9; Acts 23:1-5; Jam.4:17.).
JUSTIFICATION
That Justification is the act of God’s grace whereby one receives forgiveness and remission of sins and is counted righteous before God, through faith in the atoning blood of Jesus, standing before God as though he had never sinned. That at the time of justification, the justified believer is also regenerated. (Ps.32:1,2; Isa.1:19; Mic.7:19; Rom.3:24-30; 4:6-16; 5:1,2; Gal.2:16; Joh.3:3-8; Acts.13:33-39; 2Cor.5:17-21; Eph.2:8,9; Tit.2:11,12;3:5;1Pet.1:23.).
WATER BAPTISM
That Water Baptism is essential to our obedience after reconciliation with God. The baptism is one immersion, (not three) “in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit” as Jesus commanded. (Mat.3:13-17;28:19-20; Mk.16:15-16; Acts 2:38,41;8:38,39;19:1-6; Rom.6:1-6.).
HOLY COMMUNION
That the Holy Communion, otherwise called the Lord’s Supper was instituted by Jesus Christ so that all believers (called members of the family of God) might partake thereof regularly, to “show the Lord’s death till He comes”. The emblems used are “unleavened bread” and the juice of the “fruit of the vine”. Anyone who eats and drinks unworthily brings “damnation”, punishment, and chastisement upon himself. (Mat.26:26-29; Lk22:17-20; 1Cor.5:7,8; 10:16-22; 11:23-30.).
REDEMPTION
That Redemption from the curse of the law, Healing of sickness and disease as well as continued health are provided for all people through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ. (Ps.103:1-5; Isa.53:3-5; Mat.8:16,17; Joh.10:10; Acts 10:38; Gal.3:13,14; 1Pet.2:24; 1Joh.3:8; 3Joh.2).
SANCTIFICATION
That Practical Sanctification is a definite act of God’s grace, after the New Birth, by which the believer’s heart is purified and made holy. It is both instantaneous and progressive, and it is obtained by faith in the sanctifying blood of Jesus Christ. Purity of heart and holiness of life are central to Christian living. (Dt.30:6; Psa.24:3,4; Ezek.36:25-27; Mat.5:8; Lk.1:74,75; Joh.17:15-17;2Cor.7:1; Eph.5:25-27;1Thes.4:3-8; 5:22-24; Tit.2:11-14; Heb.10:10,14;13:11,12;12:14;1Pet.1:14-16.).
BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST
That the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is the enduement of power from on high upon the sanctified believer. It is “the promise of the Father”, and it is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking a language unlearned previously, referred to as speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. We also stress the necessity of Purity before Power. (Isa.44:3,4; Joel 2:28-29; Mat.3:11; Mk.1:8; Lk.3:16;24:49; Joh.7:37-39; Acts 2:1-18,38,39; 10:44-46; 19:1-6; 1Cor.12:1-13; 14:1-40.).
SEPARATION
That Separation from Worldliness is a must for every Christian. Believers are strictly warned by Jesus Christ and by the Holy Spirit through Apostles not to love the world nor be conformed to it in any sense. Since Christians have been chosen out of the world, they are no more of it and they should therefore keep themselves unspotted from the world (specifically in its principles, motives, fashions, customs, ceremonies and maxims). (Joh.15:18,19; 17:14-16; Rom.12:1,2; 2Cor.6:14-18; Tit.2:11,12; Jam.1:27; 4:4; 1Joh.2:15-17.).
